Aimed at Graduates, Students and experienced hires, the website is the first ConocoPhillips website outside of the United States to follow the newly created design guidelines for the organisation’s external facing websites.

ConocoPhillips is world's fifth largest publicly owned energy company based on oil and gas reserves. As a result attracting and recruiting good quality graduates is vital to the business.

The website will drive online applications and support ConocoPhillips’ recruitment drive throughout the UK and Europe.

This includes providing information about the different areas of the business, corporate culture, career development, and rewards & remuneration. The site is also accessible, meeting the W3C WAI Level A guidelines.
